My Story

Hi, I’m Chana, owner and baker of Gifted Crust.

Baking has always been a passion of mine. However, my journey to owning a bakery business wasn't easy. I have struggled with infertility for some time, and it was a challenge that impacted my life in numerous ways. It was an emotionally trying time and that's when I turned to baking. Baking gave me comfort and satisfaction, becoming essential to my healing process.

As I continued to bake, I discovered my love for sourdough. I became excited about perfecting the craft and creating delicious sourdough baked goods. Using traditional methods and a slow fermentation process enhances the flavor and health benefits of handcrafted and stone-baked sourdough bread. 

It wasn't long before my friends and family started to take notice and encourage me to turn my passion into a business. And so, my women-owned bakery business was born.

Today, I am proud to be a full-time baker specializing in sourdough baked goods. I am grateful for the support of my community and the opportunity to contribute to the world in my unique way.
